  In the new draft of the Pandemic Treaty, the World Health Organization (WHO) has a provision that any nation may voluntarily enforce the dreadful provisions upon as soon as a representative of that nation signs the document. This means that some nations can begin enforcing the Pandemic Treaty before the required 3/4 of the member states sign on, at which time it will be globally binding. And once a nation signs on, exiting the treaty is no easy task. There is a lot to unpack in this new version that I’ll explain below.
