The most in-your-face attack ever

Image
Yesterday, an LGBTQ group hosted a “pride” parade in Washington, D.C., urging people to contact their legislators to pass the radical LGBTQ agenda. The U.S. House now has 212 Democrats (plus three Democrat delegates) who have already signed on to support HR 15, the so-called “Equality Act.” This is every Democrat in the House. From our experience, some Republicans bowed to the LGBTQ agenda (like Elise Stefanik who suddenly became the fourth-highest-ranking Republican in the U.S. House), and now this bill is dangerously close to passing. If this bill passes in the House, the chances of it passing in the U.S. Senate are very high. The bill’s main sponsor, Rep. Mark Takano, boasted: “I fully intend to pass a full-strength, undiluted Equality Act into law.” HR 15 is not about equality — if it were, the bill would not expressly state that the Religious Freedom Restoration Act shall NOT be a defense! This is the most in-your-face attack on religious freedom to ever come out of Congress...

Are we really living the way Christ wants ?

But some people seem to think that just because they said a little prayer and asked Christ to come into their hearts that they are good to go. I'm here to tell you that isn't the case at all. The typical thing that happens is that people say that prayer and then continue sinning afterwards thinking the entire time that they are good to go. They accept Christ but never walk away from sin. Here's an example; I know people who accept Christ in their hearts but still gamble and live with a person and have sex out of wed lock. This sin is called fornication.  There's a difference between slipping up and then quickly repenting and resolving it, and just thinking God will give us a pass on these...
