  "Historic game changer" in Geneva The German representative to the World Health Organization (WHO) tipped the tyrant’s hand last month at the World Health Assembly. The 300 amendments and the treaty discussed in Geneva, Switzerland, is a “historic game changer for the WHO.” I will share information from the front line.   In the new draft of the Pandemic Treaty, the World Health Organization (WHO) has a provision that any nation may voluntarily enforce the dreadful provisions upon as soon as a representative of that nation signs the document. This means that some nations can begin enforcing the Pandemic Treaty before the required 3/4 of the member states sign on, at which time it will be globally binding.
